Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Under the technical support page you could find the necessary information how to login to the system where we also provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to be confirmed by Card Centric team to have an account.
To be logged in to our Technical Support portal, you could simply send a request to email@example.com e-mail address with your request to let us walk you through the registration and approval processes with the support website.
On-site support is also provided to our customers or partners who have related SLA agreements with us by signed support and maintenance contracts.
